2. Products and Services Covered

These Terms apply to all offers made via this Website, including but not limited to:

Pre-recorded digital courses, mini courses, and video training programs
Workbooks, PDF guides, and downloadable digital resources
Live one-on-one sessions (including the AI Blueprint session)
Live group workshops and masterclasses
Ongoing group coaching programs and memberships
Challenge sequences delivered by email or online platform
Bundles and packages combining any of the above

The specific format, duration, and delivery method of each product will be described on the relevant sales or checkout page. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific product description, the specific product description takes precedence.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Prices include GST where applicable, as required under Australian law.

Payment is processed securely through third-party payment processors. Joy Nicholson does not store your full credit card details.

Your access to digital products and services will be granted upon confirmed receipt of payment. For live or scheduled sessions, booking confirmation will be sent by email.

Where a payment plan is offered, you are committing to the full payment schedule. Access to materials may be suspended if scheduled payments are not received. Outstanding amounts may be referred to a collections process if not resolved within 14 days of the due date.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Digital Downloads and Pre-Recorded Products

Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital content delivery, all sales of pre-recorded courses, workbooks, PDF guides, and downloadable products are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the file has been delivered.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

4.2 Live One-on-One Sessions (AI Blueprint)

If you need to reschedule a booked session, you may do so with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the session fee, unless a documented emergency applies.

If Joy Nicholson needs to cancel or reschedule, a full alternative booking will be offered at no additional charge.

4.3 Live Group Workshops and Masterclasses

Refunds are available if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. No refunds will be issued after this point, as preparation and facilitation resources are already committed. A recording may be provided at our discretion where a live session is recorded.

4.4 Group Coaching Programs and Memberships

Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided.

For upfront-paid programs, a cooling-off period of 7 calendar days applies from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within this period. After 7 days, or after accessing a significant portion of the program content, refunds will not be available.

4.5 Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), including any guarantees that cannot be excluded by law. These statutory rights are separate from and additional to the refund policy outlined above.

5. Intellectual Property and Permitted Use

All content made available through this Website, including course videos, workbooks, written materials, templates, prompts, slides, and recordings, is the intellectual property of Joy Nicholson and is protected by Australian and international copyright law.

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the content for your own personal or business purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

Share, distribute, copy, or reproduce the content with others who have not purchased access
Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the content
Remove or alter any copyright, branding, or attribution notices
Use the content to create competing products or services

8. Live Sessions and Recordings

Where a live group session, workshop, or coaching call is recorded, participants will be notified at the start of the session. By continuing to participate, you consent to the recording.

Recordings may be made available to registered participants after the session. Joy Nicholson reserves the right to use recordings for internal training or programme improvement, with identifiable personal information removed where practicable.

Participants agree not to record any live session without prior written consent.

9. Participant Conduct

By accessing any product or participating in any program or community associated with this Website, you agree to engage respectfully and in good faith. The following conduct is not permitted:

Harassment, bullying, or discriminatory behaviour toward any participant, staff member, or facilitator
Sharing confidential information disclosed by other participants in group settings

Joy Nicholson reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or live session without refund if these standards are not met.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joy Nicholson's total liability to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of any product, service, or content offered through this Website will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service in question.

Joy Nicholson will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such loss.
